- Participated in "RETAILTECH JAPAN 2004" (The 20th Distributed Information Systems General Exhibition. Event Date: March 2-5, 2004. Hosted by: Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Inc.). Cooperated in the planning of the 20th anniversary event "STORE IMAGINATION 2009".
- February 16, 2004: Participated in and provided the infrastructure for the IPv6 Business Summit
- Auto-ID LABS JAPAN participated in the IPv6 business summit (Hosted by: Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Inc., the Internet Association Japan and the IPv6 Promotion Council. Venue: Keio Plaza Hotel) and at the same time constructed and provided the "Event support system created by Auto-ID" together with Power Play Inc. The "Event support system created by Auto-ID" was constructed on EPC (Electronic Product Code) Network/Infrastructure and was utilized by approximately 4000 participants at the event.
